PRIMERA PARADA: DOHA

The most economical way to travel in Japan is to use the Japan Rail Pass, which gives unlimited use of all Japan Railways (JR) trains and buses throughout the country, except Nozomi Shinkansen trains and sleeper trains.
Sleepers can be used only if both express and sleeper supplements are paid.
The ordinary pass costs ¥28,300 for 7 days, ¥45,100 for 14 days or ¥57,700 for 21 days. A “green” pass (first class) is also available, costing ¥37,800 for 7 days, ¥61,200 for 14 days or ¥79,600 for 21 days. The Japan Rail Pass can be purchased only outside Japan. It is available from Japan Air Lines, the Japan Travel Bureau (JTB) and the overseas offices of certain other Japanese travel agents. It can be used only by those with temporary visitor status in Japan, not by residents or by those working or studying in the country.

Población: 606.000 hab. (ago 2010)
